“Life skills” programs are for learning adaptive and positive behaviours that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life. They are loosely grouped into three broad categories of skills:

  1. cognitive skills for analyzing and using information.
  2. personal skills for developing personal agency and managing oneself.
  3. Inter-personal skills for communicating and interacting effectively with others.

To advance in life we need to be equipped with these life skills that can be applied to as many situations and life circumstances as our romantic relationships, at work, our relationship with children and many more.

Some of the topics discussed in these workshops are:

-Resolving inner conflicts in order to reach inner peace and balance.

-Creating healthy relationships with different personality types through effective communication skills.

-Identifying self-defense mechanisms in you and others.

-Differentiating between self-esteem and self-confidence.

-Dealing with low self-esteem.
